    >You may have heard rumors that weight training can stunt growth. The concern is that weight training can injure the areas of the bone that grow (the growth plates) and limit stature.

    is this israelite or trustable?

Unironically true except for the manlet shit. Teenagers should be playing team sports, playing outside, having fun and socializing, not wasting their time in a gym pursuing unrealistic physiques unless its supplementary to something like getting better at a sport.

I stopped training like a moron between 17-18 because people were genuinely concerned about my mental health, not even joking

Im big but I feel like I haven't been able to make any difference since I was around 28 years old, minor but nothing significant

How big are you? Elite natty level?

              SwedishBrorsan

Depends on how you define elite, I was never interested in competitions or recognition and in fact extremely withdrawn despite how outspoken and caring I can be around people so I haven't won anything.

My strength feats would probably be similar to most men with similar amount in years of experience to be honest, anything I seem to be exceptionally good at would be accessory exercises for some reason even though I've never been super inspired with many of them

Just start lifting when you’re done getting taller lol it’s not complicated. 16 year old girls seriously could not care less about your physique anyway, no reason to rush.

Highschool athletes start lifting early but still grow normal, there isnt a manlet epidemic in professional sports or anything from athletes lifting too early

This all or nothing mentality aint it.

Yes, overtraining can hurt your growth at younger ages, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't lift. Just don't be an idiot about it. Talk with your doc. Stick to reasonable weights for your age.

While I think calisthenics are likely easier for that, theres no reason not to do some lifting to build and maintain a lil mass.

I think the point is nobody older likes teenagers at the gym.

I like them, the times that skinny dyel teens try their best feels nostalgic and motivates me unlike someone whos already strong doing what I'd already expect from him

But the ones sitting on their phones and snapping selfies or doing stuff on their phones for +minutes Is pure rage fuel
