Just avoid PUFAs/starches/fibers and make sure to get a lot of sugar and calcium in and you will be fine, even without blasting your shit with fluoride.

I won't go into too many details but here's your dental cleaning redpill:

      >electric toothbrush with a 2 minute timer (Oral B Braun Vitality for example)
      >floss (waxed)
      >tongue cleaning (plastic tongue cleaners are shit, get pic related or cut out an oval from a plastic soda bottle)
      >rinse with mouthwash (has to be diluted with water)

Do this two times per day, after breakfast (if you have any) and after dinner. If you have lunch/snack during the day, rinse your mouth with water and chew some sugar-free gum for 5-10 minutes (while it's sweet).
Try to eat less frequently, do OMAD or eat two times per day.
Refined sugar and carbs are your worst enemy. We didn't evolve going to Walmart to get some corn-syrup rich goyslop to gorge ourselves with carbs.
Stick to a low carb/keto diet, get your carbs from non-starchy plants.
If you are craving something sweet, use Stevia as sugar replacement (for coffee/tea for example), Coke Zero/Pepsi Zero is fine from time to time (don't chug a bottle every day).

Neither. Just brush and floss your teeth before sleep and after waking up. It's not rocket science. Get a waterpick if you're too lazy for flossing, the point is just to get food particles out from between your teeth.

Dentalgay but doesnt use water flosser..

I got braces 2 years ago. I was 26 alcoholic with rotten yellow teeth. When i started 1 dentist suggested me to pull all my teeth out and give me dentures. I had over 7 fillings, 1 root canal and then braces. It cost me 6k eur, still have 2k to pay. Im dirt poor right now but i hope its worth

A water flosser is a nice addition, essential for those who use braces and have periodontitis and have deep gum pockets, but for your normalgay floss will do.

Yes probably in 3 months. Hang in there buddy, first few months dont expect much. In 1 year your teeth will look good. I actually got pussy off tinder while my teeth were still crooked under braces

    >Brush twice a day
    >Don't eat sweets or drink soft drinks with sugar
    >Floss twice a week
    >See dentist every 6 months for check up and cleaning
    >Had sealant in the deep grooves for my back teeth
    >Never had cavities
All this and my smile still looks awful because my two front teeth are massive, my canines look like a dogs or moronic vampires. The top set leave large gaps between them and my premolars. I also can't force a smile with my teeth without looking like I'm faking it completely. Looking through family photos and my smile is the exact same in all of them, I look like an autistic ogre serial killer pretending to be normal.

If you're male just stop smiling. Even for family photos. Women actually respond more favourably to men that smile less.

Who the frick cares about women? I wanna respond more favourably to my self when I look in the mirror. That's why I got braces.

Diet is the most important thing for dental hygiene, far more than brushing or flossing even. Avoid refined sugar as much as you can. Brush twice a day and floss after you eat. Get dental checkups and cleaning twice a year. Don’t smoke, or like be bulimic or something and you’ll do fine.

    I smile

There is a lot of context (sometimes cultural) stuff for smiles. I suggest experimenting a little, make eye contact with strangers and don't smile at them. You'll notice that generally speaking 'weaker' people will smile first, especially if you're larger than them. Women, children, old people and manlets will often give you a smile of submission instinctively. Stronger people and people that are more confident physically and mentally are less likely to smile first.

If you find yourself smiling often you might be responding in turn instinctively. An exchange of smiles is basically two primates way of saying "I'm not lookin for trouble" or "we can coexist." If you don't find that people smile at you, I am sorry to say that you've been dismissed entirely. If you've ever lost a lot of weight or gained a lot of muscle you'll know what this feels like, very few people are intimidated by a skinny manlet or a fat blob and they'll instinctively feel no need to offer you a smile. Once you get in good shape you'll notice people are more "friendly" (offer submissive smiles more often).

The only people I've met that break my system (so far) are Russians. For cultural reasons Russians don't smile at strangers.

Girl looks at me. I smile at her. She smiles back. We talk. And you go from there. It's really not that deep

My teeth are pretty fricked up I'm surprised I'm not a friendless virgin (probably because I'm tall at 6'4"). I have the Mac Demarko tooth gap except worse because there's gaps between ALL of my upper teeth not just the two front ones. Used to be self-conscious about it in my childhood/teen years but then I stopped being so insecure about it at some point in life. Though still I feel envious of people with wide straight smiles, and I can't relate when they feel insecure about their height/weight/nose/whatever because in my eyes having that wide Hollywood grin is what matters most.

Bro you would add 2 points to your looks if you get them fixed.
Its also about hygine, crooked teeth are harder to clean and develop cavities faster. Teeth gaps in your case cause insane gum recession since food hits your gum inbetween teeth.

Even if you dont care about how you look, you should fix them for long term health issues, you also save tons of dental fees down the line.

My teeth are pretty worn down from consistent lack of dental care in my teenage years and early 20s. Luckily don't have any cavities but is there anything I can take that will help make what I have denser and whiter? Currently I'm taking shitloads of calcium, vitamin k, k2 (mk4+mk7) and elmex gelee twice per week.

      Anonymous

can you even do it naturally? people that get their teeth worn down for veneers can't reverse it, you might as well get some if they're that bad

How can your teeth get "worn down" by your mid 20s? I'm late 20s and my teeth are fine, go to the dentists once every few years and never have any issues. Haven't had any cavities since I was a young teenager.

Just brush my teeth twice a day and floss once every couple weeks or so when I remember and it's all g. Probably helps that I'm an OMAD gay so there's usually only a few hours between eating food for dinner and brushing though.

Wtf is that even. If its your tooth then get it out asap. Its rotting bro

How the frick you even got braces with that shit in your mouth

        Anonymous

it's been in there forever. It never had the spacing to come out. I got braces to open that space, see if it comes out and to potentially fix it.
One dentist said it was very likely rotted. This dentist that is treating me said it might be the X-ray distortion or wtv.
I've looked it up, and by the color of it, it seems like it's necrotic aka dead. Still, they can remove the dead pulp, fill it up with resin and keep the tooth. Push comes to shove, it'll just get removed.

          Anonymous

Yea i think its rotten. Maybe you can plant your wisdom tooth there or get rootcanal and crown. Gl
