Microwave eggs are goated. You crack a few eggs, whisk em with a fork, 2.5 min in the microwave and you have nice fluffy scrambled eggs. I put other things in it too and call it a microwave omelette

        >Rubber eggs robbed of all nutrients
        >Goat
Usually just over easy mine in a skillet, top it with some nutritional yeast. If I’m feeling fancy whisk em add chili, onion, and garlic powder, and top with cheddar cheese.

Scrambled or hard fried, hard boiled isn't bad sometimes either. Have a thing about runny yolks now can't eat them anymore.

If you cook beyond soft-boiled/sunny side up you may as well just not eat them at all because you've destroyed the nutrition

One of the main reasons humans started cooking their food was because it made the food easier to digest and hence improves the nutrition

Yeah and that does not apply to egg yolks or stuff like dairy (pasteurisation) and at least some meat, it applies to egg whites.

Ohh so that's why they always mention egg whites specifically in fitness cooking? I kept meaning to look it up at inopportune times and then forgetting to when I had the chance

    Being fat:
    >whisk
    >Pan on low heat, pat of butter
    >Pour eggs in
    >Continuously stir as they cook
    >Add cheese, paprika, salt, pepper, green onions when they're the consistency of oatmeal
    >Take off heat while they're just a little too runny still
    >Spread on a toast
    Cutting:

Over medium or medium boiled. Sometimes scrambled with butter.

Also, if you whisk your scrambled eggs prior too cooking you're a pleb. Just break the yolks and mix it occasionally while cooking to get nice yolky and nice whitey chunks. and don't overcook them like heuvos rancheros.

recently, mainly raw, in eggnog. also tried a variation where I beat them with milk and (rather sweet) protein powder. otherwise, I like soft-boiled.

Cooking eggs makes some if the proteins get denaturalised, basically decomposing them and making them useless for muscle growth. Thats why bodybuilders eat them raw. Just make sure the quality is good
