          Look up "John Bohannon chocolate" on ANY search engine gay. I'm not making shit up. He's a scientific journalist who was doing a test to see what peer reviewed services were accepting bogus studies for money. He trolled the science world by showing how easy it is to publish nonsense studies. News outlets took the bogus study and ran a full on psyop.             What exactly is bad about dark chocolat, as long as it's dark enough to be low on sugar? Cocoa powder even has nice protein levels, cocoa butter is a healthy fat (and a good ingredient of cosmetics) and there are anti-oxidants in it.

                Ok, so nutritionally (dark) chocolate is a high caloric but not neccessarily unhealthy food. Should be a good alternative to sweets as a trait. After a workout the insulin spike of a small piece of sugary chocolate could be good for muscle growth.
                No sixpack can be worth a life totally void of chocolate.

    If you're getting your protein requirements in then it doesn't matter where the rest comes from. "healthy" eating is a scam, as long as you're not deprived of nutrients and vitamins which is hard to do, you'll be fine.

    You need protein to build muscle. It's just pure sugar, all you're getting from it is fat. Cocoa powder is decent as an additive for taste, but don't eat chocolate for "bulking".

      For me, it's 70%+
      I tried an 89% bar once and it tasted like bitter poison. It was so gross but i ended up eating the whole bar over a couple of hours because i kept craving it. I'm not usually like that with food, rarely get compulsive cravings and not fat or anything.

        The good stuff tastes slightly sweet even if you go beyond 90%
        Try the Lindt 90%, it's decent quality and readily available. Price is a hit or miss depending where you get it

    I don't think there's anything wrong with chocolate. I personally wouldn't eat it, but I don't have a problem with gay people. Whatever floats your boat
