4 weeks ago Reply Anonymous I just pulled an Arms day from one of Natural Hypertrophy's vids, yeah there's some overlap and compounds but so what, and you definitely feel the arm pump and it makes you feel good. >Close grip bench press 4x6-10 + Supinated rows 4xAMRAP + calves 4 sets >Hammer curls 4x8-12 + Pull-ups 4xAMRAP + DB flies 4x10-15 > Rope triceps extensions 3x10-15 + V-sit ups 3xAMRAP
