I have Hashimoto's. Pretty rare in men, but every woman in my extended family has it so I was fricked. It progressively got worse over the course of a few months. Gained weight, got very bloated, very depressed, experienced diffuse hair loss when I used to have great hair with little family history of MPB, dry skin, cold all the time, lethargy - had barely any energy. It took about half a year for my thyroid to correct.
