I'm talking 8 hours minimum. I don't give a fuck figure it out. Also go to a regular ol' 50/25/25 macro split and keep your diet as unprocessed as possible. Train hard but within reason, basic recovery tasks are essential as well. I see no reason why you wouldnt up your T by fixing sleep alone, it's so important for our male hormones

    I'm at 850ng/dl natty and don't build muscle because I eat like shit and half-ass in the gym, while many many women with practically less than 1/15th of our test put on tons of mass from lifting+eating correctly
    I mean, everyone SHOULD fix their test levels, do it, but it does not explain shit why you're still dyel

    Going to be doing blood tests now, but will be looking to drop my test as much as I can too. Got a little gyno (been happening for 4 years now) and libido is down too, I'm only 24 tho fuck, just want to hop on TRT and fuck my lady. Any tips to lower test before?     That's is 650 ng/dl, that is well within the normal range (350-1000). You're not building muscle because you don't train hard enough. If you try getting on TRT with those numbers, you'll have to pay out of pocket, and won't experience any benefits from it.
