            ya don't listen to these fricking roidtrannies OP. youre a little older but it doesn't matter. literally just fix your sleep, you want to be getting as much as you can. I'm talking 8 hours minimum. I don't give a frick figure it out. Also go to a regular ol' 50/25/25 macro split and keep your diet as unprocessed as possible. Train hard but within reason, basic recovery tasks are essential as well. I see no reason why you wouldnt up your T by fixing sleep alone, it's so important for our male hormones

    I'm at 850ng/dl natty and don't build muscle because I eat like shit and half-ass in the gym, while many many women with practically less than 1/15th of our test put on tons of mass from lifting+eating correctly
    I mean, everyone SHOULD fix their test levels, do it, but it does not explain shit why you're still dyel

      5 - 7 is plain average and totally fine
      7 - 9 is pretty good
      9 - 11 is chad tier
      11 - 13 is god tier
      13+ is freak imbalance levels
      25+ is roiding tier
      50+ is roiding heavily
      I guess with a "34" limit they mean "it's fine, you're not gonna die here"

    Going to be doing blood tests now, but will be looking to drop my test as much as I can too. Got a little gyno (been happening for 4 years now) and libido is down too, I'm only 24 tho frick, just want to hop on TRT and frick my lady. Any tips to lower test before? I know eating sugar, greasy shit and alcohol are there. I've got some sdrol and some test P but I dont really wanna pop that vial right now

    That sounds perfectly healthy. Many men are much lower nowadays actually. That is supposed to be like the healthy average but the actual average is lower nowadays after years of constantly declining testosterone levels in men.

    That's is 650 ng/dl, that is well within the normal range (350-1000). You're not building muscle because you don't train hard enough. If you try getting on TRT with those numbers, you'll have to pay out of pocket, and won't experience any benefits from it.
