you know symmetric strength accounts for bw right?

But not for height. It's made for 5'6 manlets.

Nah, but you manlets massively devalue the extra amount of effort it costs proper length people to lift shit.

                I am 5'10".
My reach is 6'0.5". Long torso, short femurs.
I am mediocre at pressing, and fantastic at pulling. My squat is shit to mediocre but it's mostly because my quads are weak compared to posterior chain and not inherent to my build.

If you scaled everything up by whatever factor, it would be the same. I would weight more, but also theoretically have a bigger bone structure/frame that could accommodate more mass and stress, so in turn I would lift more.
It's a cope saying you are too tall, people will have different ratios that give them different strengths and weaknesses.
I understand there are extreme cases of very short people with very peculiar arm/leg lengths that when combined with "optimal" technique gives them a very short ROM in a lift, but that is the exception.

                >If you scaled everything up by whatever factor, it would be the same.
Except if you had basic understanding of physics you'd know that
                >Your ROM is smaller = less energy used/needed
                >Easier leverages
                Nice plebspacing btw

Yeah right. What about the amount of effort it takes to be a manlet and lean. Try cutting on 1200 calories and still lifting more than you. Stfu the grass is always greener homosexual. You know nothing but excuses and whining

                >What about the amount of effort it takes to be a manlet and learn.
                Lmao, when will they learn

It's specifically less power, less distance times equal force. With strength you are mainly concerned about force production.
I also addressed that with a bigger frame you should have bigger muscles which equals more work and force which equals more power, but because you filled your frame with fat in stead you have to cope about the heckin' manlets.
World record holder in the deadlift is 6'9" lmao

You're contradicting yourself in the same post lmao.
                >World record holder in the deadlift is 6'9" lmao
Yes because big frame = more space for muscles, but I'll tell you a secret - they use steroids to get there. You first have to get to that level of power as you say
                >I also addressed that with a bigger frame you should have bigger muscles which equals more work and force which equals more power
To fill your frame is significantly harder for a tall person and more energy-consuming, too. You're the type of guy that thinks pullups for someone at 5'7 and 6'2 only should have a 3 rep difference lmao. It's okay little man, you'll never reach the top 1%.

You can't actually do pullups, can you? REEEEE MANLETS
100kg BW? I am currently at 10 reps adding enough weight to match that :^)

Lankets when will they learn. Youre body isn't made for lifting weights. Stop trying. You'll always cope. You'll always look dyel. You'll always get outlifted by us. Tall gays need roids to cope. Either stay dyel or turn into a roidtroony, the lanklet dilemma

Cope. Being a fat frick means nothing. Women like ottermode more than powershitter mode. You can't do 1 pull up. Gg

They let you put in weighted dips and weighted chinups/pull ups

feats of calisthenics is mostly limited by technique, not strength.

lol, it's low. I haven't pressed recently because it was causing shoulder pain but I might get back to it after the current program. Chin/Pull ups were also low (78 or something in their value) relative to my row (and I find row form hard to judge so theyre probably more accurate)

I don’t understand how people like you can have such shitty benches, yet such high sq/dl numbers. I can bench 135kg, but only have a 150kg squat and a 180kg dl. Is it really just leverages?

      Anonymous

I did 180kg deadlifts for reps before I hit 2pl bench. My squat was garbage though.
      >Is it really just leverages?
Yes and no. If you do something more, you get better at it. If you're coincidentally naturally good at something, you tend to do it more.

I have pectus excavatum which might make my bench weaker, I also haven't hit a bench max recently. It will probably be at least 125, hopefully 130 but I won't test till next week.

Why does symmetric strength rate OHP so harshly. I never see guys OHPing more than 95 yet this website says my 105 OHP is novice. Is everyone really bad at OHP or is symmetric strength inaccurate when it comes to OHP

yeah I just checked, to match my lower lifts I need to be pressing nearly 2pl8.
