I've still had many girls hit on me and attempt to flirt (I don't really know how to flirt back so any advice in this category would be appreciated as well) so I know I'm not ugly, but given the above issues what would you recommend I do? I'm not vain or overly worried about my appearance, just want to look healthy

I don't mind looking pure white/pale if I looked healthy which I don't when its combined with my red face/rosacea. I also have stretch marks on front delts and other parts of my body which indicate bad skin health.

Stop fricking drinking, never see the sun and embrace the pale-pill

As I am right now I don't get much sun and rarely drink, cheeks always red

I think your skin might not be suited for your environment. Where do you live, what’s your ancestry ?

I’m cambodian and live in northern europe and my skin is always red, dry, itchy and fricked up with eczema.
I went back to the country of my parents years ago, it’s always really hot and 80% humidity and my skin have never been better.

You might be the opposite. Like a swedish guy living in florida.

My ancestry is a mix of central European and Balkan with a little bit of northern Europe. My ancestors mixed in Europe and moved around before coming to America (some of my family lines can be traced back to the 12th century Denmark and Sweden) but that is where my grandparents are from. Going off of latitude I'm kind of where I should be or maybe a little south of it.

I don’t think you’re where you should be latitude wise, because new york’s latitude is actually the same as Portugal, so nothern US is as high on the globe as southern Europe.
And let’s not forget altitude and humidity. Do you remember a place and time where your skin looked and felt the best ?

My skins always looked this way since I was about 14 or 15. I've also always lived here.

Best advice i've gotten about flirting is to just treat women as if they were your buddies. I find that a lot of girls like brute typical guy humor.
Just imagine you're having a conversation with a friend and don't try hard to impress them. Don't filter yourself by wondering what you should or shouldn't say, that limits your ability to hold a conversation.
I've gotten laid by making women laugh with horrible jokes, you would assume they will be repulsed by them, but no, literally jokes about pedophiles banging kids and stuff like that.
Of course not all women like those, you have to be able to sense it, but more often than not it's worked for me and you need to have a good delivery, so they know you're joking and not serious lmao.

My delivery definitely falls flat, my voice doesn't have enough inflection and comes across monotone/deadpan like 21 savage

I do make good money but I just rotate between work, gym, and home. Not a larp, I'm where I am because my parents pushed me and supported me

I don't eat that much processed food or seed oils, and grains are usually only once a day (sometimes two). There's many people who eat grains with every meal and have no issues, there's more to it than that

        >i tell him not to eat said foods
        >he proceeds to justify his eating as if justifying it will change the fact that it's the cause of his shit skin
you're a fricking moronic son of a b***h and i'm sorry i wasted my time giving advice to a moron who instead of using a piece of information which literally costs him nothing, decided to justify his moronic midwit life decisions
        >There's many people who eat grains with every meal and have no issues, there's more to it than that
        spoken like a true cattle
        >"uhm if other dont get shit skin then that means it's the same for me because we're all the same uh-huh"
        have a nice day moron

i'm sure it's the air, wanna buy my $10k air filter? i'm 100% that will make your skin silky smooth and radiant
i'll give it to you for $8k if you buy now (special moron discount just for you)
