Effort and sticking to a long term strategy is all that matters anon. Todays 100% might look like yesterdays 60%, but tomorrows 100% might look like todays 150%.

EAT. MORE. FUCKING. FOOD. YOU RETARD.
    YOURE LITERALLY KILLING YOUSELF
This is not a drill, this is not a joke. Unless you enjoy roleplaying a holocaust survivor and shit, eat more thank 1200kcal per day try at least 2,000 for the love of God please wtf are you doing kid

    Guys, it's obviously a female

Listen here sweet cheeks. Lift with better form, eat more and don't cheat your reps. Progress when you get to 8.
If you're trying to lose weight, do pushups instead.
Calisthenics + hiit + ss cardio is the ideal weight loss routine and i will die on that hill.

Don't worry. My bench fluctuated during my first year too, I was strongest when I walked in, then slowly couldn't hit that number for like 2 months. Then I jumped up in a lot of weight, then once again I started slipping away from it. Once you do it every week and really try, you'll keep moving
