More mass on your back and side delts would really boost your physique. Getting 1/2/3/4 should not be a lifetime goal, it just means the tutorial is over.
I'm a novice and I struggle to complete 5x5 @ 120lb.
My lifts are fricking trash, I hate that I struggle with where I am. I'm never gonna stop going, but it just weighs on me how fricking weak I am.
If you use low reps & get your 8 rep max to 200 pounds, your chest will be just as muscular as if you used high reps & got your 8 rep max to 200 pounds. There isn't another universe where you did high reps & got as strong, for reps, as you are now but had a bigger chest.

that's not how muscular hypertrophy works sweetie
it doesnt matter the reps or the weight, if you stimulated the muscle and got stronger that means it grew, maybe you just have shit genes and should find a new hobby, maybe you just have good leverages for benching
It’s never too late to hop on the hypertrophy train.

Eat more, sleep more, do more sets, do accessory work if you feel a muscle group is holding you back.
