I never really worked legs, I do cycle but already had the big legs before as well.
In my case, depsite having quite normal hip bones, my femur great trochanter just goes way too wide.
I have always hated how I looked in clothes because of it and that's why I decided to become IST.
Currently I'm just basically skipping leg day apart from calf raises. I also do keep cycling. Might actually start doing some quad work in hopes it might widen a little of the lower part of my thigh.
Lucky that my shoulders are quite wide and since my hip bones are normal I do look acceptable shirtless.
