        I've been going hard on side bends and weighted planks, but I'm a dyel that has only been lifting from home for a few months. My obliques are starting to feel thick beneath my fat though (6', 187ib)

                ditto. i got the slim waist kinda wide clavicle V taper but i just cannot make my adonis belt appear even at a low bf%. meanwhile I know a couple of fatfucks whose adonis belts are noticeable even though they have pronounced beer guts.

            well yeah obviously genetics does play a role but from what I know to maximize your v-taper you just need to have your delts and lats be as big as possible while keeping your waist as small as possible

              Yeah, pretty much. I’m built like OP and even at my leanest with a 32” waist and visible abs, I don’t ever have that triangle look.

      Pulls/Chins. Lateral delt raises. Russian twists with decent weight. Bent over rows. Just look up the muscles you want to target + exercises. Really the other thing is
