    Literally me.

    Ive also been doing PPL for the last few years to try and fix it, but it just aint working.... I think i fricked myself up for good....

    I wasted my noob gains on Powershitting movements.....and it seems like my body just isn't responding to doing high volume PPL stuff like Incline Dumbbell Presses and high rep Pull-Ups and other typical bodybuilding lifts

      I can out-Squat and out-Deadlift anyone in my gym, easily, but they all mog me after coming into the gym as skinny guys and doing some random brosplit routine from the 90s magazines, and theyre all weak as shit, but some how look 10X better than me in 1/10th the time despite being "weak" compared to me
