Me yesterday. Honestly not sure if it was due to low blood sugar, not having eaten for a while, or the cold gym temp, but yeah I was yawning between every set

bros I'm so exhausted all the time how do I stop? My doc just said I have CFS and called it a day. I've tried everything from increasing sleep to amphetamines and nothing gets rid of the brain fog or mental fatigue and it's ruining my life. I lift 4-5 times a week and try to stay active but it's always a battle.

      Honestly get a diabetes test

Is there a diabetes test they can do besides normal bloodwork? I had my doc run full bloodwork twice in the last 6 months and everything except my test came back good. He's had me on 200mg semi-weekly TRT for 5 months but I don't feel any improvements on it.

Not that I'm aware of. Speaking from experience from family members tiredness usually comes down to sugar levels, low iron, low test, or just not eating enough carbs to fuel you during the day. You might also not be going into a deep REM sleep during your night would could account for waking up tired.

Thanks bro. This is what I'm thinking too. I've been trying to get a real sleep study done but every sleep center in a 200 mile radius is just a fucking CPAP mill that won't do shit except try to sell you a $2,000 piece of junk. And yes, I've tried a CPAP but it doesn't help and my tests only show like 3 events per hour when I sleep anyways.

          >Is there a diabetes test they can do besides normal bloodwork?
nah has to be done bloodwork style.
they will test you fasted, test you after eating a banana, test you an hour after. record the reaction.

Ok, then the bloodwork I've done isn't good enough. They just tested my fasted bloodsugar levels and that was it.

Here is a citation, different, but only because not banana. I had banana.

There is one actually, youre given sugar dissolved in water and test your glucose levels every 30 mins with a glucometer. They usually use it to find type 2 but i found out i had type 1 through it at age 16. (went in for similar symptoms, exhaustion, lethargy, etc.)
