Have them on saltines and dump some tabasco sauce on them. Optionally have this with a couple cans of Coors Banquet.

I could see teriyaki, and I could definitely see wienertail, but mustard sounds fricking gross.

You might have bad quality deenz.

you could mash them up with mayo like you would to make tuna salad, then make a sardine salad sandwich with cheese and pickles.
or, ya know, you could just not be such a b***h about it and eat them.

Not much you can do if you got cheap sardines. I have had to throw cans away that were from bad brands. If you don't mind a fishy taste then you shouldn't struggle to eat them. Hot sauce or mustard is good with them.

I eat them straight out of the can. Maybe I'm hungry enough that anything tastes good.

I put a few cans into a curry and have it with spicy rice. Very tasty but avoid if you have problems with acid reflux/indigestion.

I find it depends on the size. Bristling sardines are much more appetizing and so are sardines in olive oil.

Fat is bad post workout I thought you want mainly carbs and protein

That doesn't make any sense. Obviously you'd want a lot of protein, but why would it matter at all if you eat fat? Is this just about restoring glycogen levels? Fat does that too you fricking moron.

It does not affect muscle building though
              >There is not enough evidence to say whether you should limit fat intake after a workout (1).
              >Many people think that eating fat after a workout slows digestion and inhibits the absorption of nutrients. While fat might slow down the absorption of your post-workout meal, it may not reduce its benefits. For example, a study showed that whole milk was more effective at promoting muscle growth after a workout than skim milk (17Trusted Source).
              >Moreover, another study showed that muscle glycogen synthesis was not affected even when ingesting a high fat meal (45% energy from fat) after working out (18Trusted Source).

There is not enough evidence that say you should limit fat intake postworkout. It directly disproves objectivity of your position, tard.
There is some evidence that there is no reason to do it thought.

Oh great, another moron who doesn't understand that fat is very readily absorbed and used in the body and assunes satiety between his goyslop and real food is the same because he has never been 2 hours without Schlomo's processed wiener down his throat. Just have a nice day already.

Fat slows digestion a bit, that isn't going to affect muscle development, it's not like you need to very quickly absorb all of the nutrients from your first meal after lifting or else you lose gains

i like to put water in a pan and boil the water and then remove the pan from heat and place the open sardine can in the water to heat the deenz. stick some garlic teeth in there and add some seasonings. your goal with seasoning is to make it so that the oil tastes good enough to eat on its own. do this everyday for a week and you will get used to the deenz and soon enough you wil be able to eat the straight from the can with no other prep
