I was able to make progress gaining 5lbs a month by adding oil to everything I eat. I just started dousing my rice with olive oil and eating higher fat meats like pork and ribeye steak. I made a thread about it a while back and people said I was stupid, but its working so far. We'll see if by the end of the year I am actually muscular or just fat. 1/4 cup is about 500 calories, so if you eat 3-4 meals a day it adds up
