The challenge?

How do you get in shape under these conditions?
You are hypogonadal and have insulin resistance and you have to get in shape natty. What do you do?

>just lift
You will be unable to build enough muscle mass due to your hypogonadism causing you to have low testosterone levels (below 230 ng/dl)

>CICO
The insulin resistance and low testosterone levels are impacting your body’s metabolic functions and how it stores energy, lowering your BMR. In this case, if you eat more than 1200 calories per day you won’t lose any weight.

>hard cut, bro!
Cutting in a caloric deficit this extreme will make you lose more muscle. Hard cutting also lowers testosterone levels.

>frauding
You do not have access to PEDs or GLP-1 agonists to help you.

      > Every person in the real world would just go to the doctor and get there Urgent medical conditions sorted before they worried about getting jacked,

On the contrary, my friend. People will not seek medical intervention because of the highly prevalent rhetoric of “bullshit, there’s nothing medically wrong with you. You just need to diet and stop being lazy. CICO BROO!!!!”

      fix your diet and lifestyle.

There's a tried and true old world fix to this but it's not easy. It's called be a man. You can't be hypogonadal if you refuse to be. Mind over matter.

      KEK!

What is the starting point ?

Assuming it is low/fat, do like a real natty and start with really low intensity exercise to get your organism and chip away at your fat + improve metabolism and use whatever relief you get from that to progress.

For the unaffected medical issues see a specialist, but since most doctors are quacks you could try a sports doctor.

I mean it. The reason everyone's a weak homosexual today is because they believe that their own bodies can harm them. You allow your mind to restrict your testosterone instead of finding another way to deal with whatever it's reason for it is.

The part about people quitting too easily and using medical excuses is true.
But if a person is genuinely struggling health-wise I see no reason to dismiss it.

I'm not dismissing it. His mind really is restricting his testosterone. It just doesn't have to and it won't if it does have to utilize testosterone for reasons he chooses to give it. There's plenty of other things it could do about it's stress plus he'd be releasing the stress too. People didn't used to say mind over matter for no reason. Your mind is what is hurting you and stress is the reason it does it. Given a certain level of consciousness, you have a lot of control over this. But if you really believe it's your fate to suffer debilitation then it is. These are facts the medical community would agree with if we weren't in the developmental dark age.

Women can build muscle natty so I'm not going to worry about the test level right away. This scenario doesn't say I'm overweight, but I'll assume so given the insulin resistance. I'd cut on a 1200 calorie diet consisting of red meat, salmon, eggs, and some fruits and vegetables until at a healthy weight. I'd also look over lifestyle choices that could be affecting my hormones such as sleep habits. During this time I'd do calisthenics and some kettlebell work, nothing crazy because I'm cutting. When I got to that healthy weight I'd start pushing the exercise, maybe even barbell work if I was in good enough shape while starting to push up my calorie intake in small increments now that my insulin resistance is better. If hormones are still an issue at this point I'd start taking steps to address it further, but this approach probably improved the hormone profile.

Lift and diet with a lot of cardio. The calorie thing is a meme but I will be active to offset it I guess. Literally just walk more. I’ll be at a disadvantage but it’s not like I can’t mog normies.

Insulin comes before fat metabolism, so don't consume insulin expect when you consume protein after your workout.

    >Actually, I'm NGMI.
You're selling yourself short, you're investing in your own failure.
You can debate all you want, but the fact is that when you get on here and write some blackpilled screed about all the things preventing you from success, you are defining victory as "proving that I can't succeed".
You think that if you predict your own failure then at least you get to be right, at least you get to Show Them; and that way, you can't lose.
So you convince yourself to give up, and subsequently fail as predicted. But no one cares; no one was shown anything, because no one was watching. The only thing you ensured was that you couldn't win.

The answer has always been that if you improve your position, it will be better than it was. Pointing to the impossibility of some arbitrary standard of "making it", while sometimes accurate, is irrelevant and has always been a cope for not trying.

You have to address these things one at a time. I would start fasting to address my insulin resistance and what I assume is also a weight problem. Hypogonadism is harder to address but there are several possible dietary changes I could make in addition to a decent workout schedule that could help me. It would take years though.

I'll still be in better shape than when I started. I may not become particularly strong, but consider that even natty women can build some level of muscle.
    >CICO
I do daily cardio and keep lifting because it will raise my TDEE to a reasonable level.
    >hard cut
I do cardio as mentioned above, but also eat whole foods to address and improve my insulin resistance. I also eat more calories from protein to address satiety and food volume issues.
    >frauding
