      >step in a dog turd
      >get hit by a female minority driver
      >get struck by lightning
      >get lost

Yeah that's much better than using a treadmill while you listen to racist podcasts.

Nonsense. You only made this post to make yourself feel better about your own life. Cringe and fragile-egopilled.

          Go outside for once homosexual

Hey you fricking moron lots of people already did cardio outside for a while and decided running on a treadmill makes more sense you'd have to be a total noob to think running outside is noble anti-homosexualry

Nothing beats running with the cool winter breeze in your face. Plus, the scum isn't up by 6. Only good people, mostly the elderly, are on the streets by this time.

A machine that does the hardest part of running for you < running naturally

Wtf are you talking about? Anyway even if that was the case it still gets your heart to whatever zone you want. We're talking about cardio not becoming an athlete

The most difficult action of running is to propel yourself forward with your feet. This doesn't happen on a treadmill because the conveyor belt moves your front foot to the back for you

It's truth and your cardio point is is point-less because running in nature is infinitely better for depression and general mood than staring at a gym wall

remaining stationary staring at the wall in a gym is far more depressing than deciding on a destination and running the distance to get there and then returning home, choosing a natural route that avoids traffic and people as much as possible
running for 30 mins on a treadmill feels like a hellish eternity
running for 3.5 hours outside in the elements feels like bliss

any idea why CBT is better than aerobic exercise+therapy?

Maybe the other therapy is a less effective kind. Or people doing both, didn't focus enough on the therapy because they believed the excercise was enough.

Statsgay here, it also has the widest CI, indicating a smaller N. While the sample beats out the control, the real story is that any exercise beats SSRI.
According to that image, it's within 95% confidence that walking of cycling is more effective.

I've always hated cardio for the sake of cardio. It has to have some sort of strength component or I get bored. I'd rather do rapid circuits of calisthenics.
