      I don't really know. 181 cm, 82 kg, 20 y.o. I don’t go to the gym regularly, mostly work out with my own weight. I can do 9 pull-ups if that matters. So probably skinnyfat.

            The girl I suppose doesn't require such a tight timeline so you can do things that will get you results in longer time. As for your company perhaps you should not only work in visible things and focus on making a more verbal/social impression. Work in your speech, how you address people and your power to convince others.

        To claim no fap does not raise testosterone does not mean one endorses that the person takes the opposite extreme either. It doesn't raise testosterone, now do with that information what you want. Fap, don't fap, it's all the same. If you want to increase your testosterone then train, eat healthy foods, don't have a sedentary lifestyle and avoid endocrine disruptors. If the goal is to raise testosterone why would I tell a person to do something that doesn't help achieving that?       Get lucky with a hairdresser, groom yourself, find a style and buy some new clothes. A month isnt much for real gains, maybe you would get somewhere with roids, idk. Still you could do this , there wont be a huge difference, but it will be there

        You'll look better than most guys out there, fit or not. Unless you're going to the beach or something. If that's the case, idk, take some creatine so at least you'll look a little more swole.

        I think this is my case. I need to make a really good first impression and this is probably the first thing I should do.

      I'm amazed at how much people WANT no fap to work. It's like the idea behind it makes sense and should work but it doesn't. It feels like it should and thus the myth persist.

    Eat 6-8 eggs, a nice fatty steak, and some salads every day & L Argenine. For workouts just do pushups & swimming in the morning, and climb a mountain (2500 ft elevation gain) with an 80 lb+ backpack each evening. (Takes about 2-3 hours) You'll fry through fat, (I eat like 4000 calories a day) and get great calves & ab/chest definition. I hike about 50 miles per week with heavy weight. I have great core strength, leg strength, endurance, and explosive energy. I get a ton of compliments from women & college chicks, and haven't set foot in a gymn since highschool. Girls love it if you can carry them upstairs over your shoulder, have abs, and a sub 50 resting heart rate. The rest is bullshit and looks grotesque by all accounts I've ever heard.

    15 minutes of jogging daily (if you aren't fat and heavy). No carbs, eat eggs and meat. Fast until 12 afternoon, second meal around 6 or 7. Some veggies like avocado, carrots, bell peppers are good.
    Dont skip your weightlifting, focus on less reps and higher intensity. Whatever weight is safe.
    Do this and you will lean down quickly and your skin will clear up.

    eat 1200 cal/day of 75% fat and 20% protein, with a little broccoli or lettuce for fiber and moisture. Eggs are perfect. Avocado is the most perfect fatty & fibrous fruit ever invented. low/zero calorie flavors like grated cheese/salt/pepper combinations/onions sauce are fine. Don't get the sweet/"natural flavor" ones - read the labels.

    A gallon or more of water/day. Add salts:
    Per 2 Liter H20:
    Potassium Chloride Powder = 1 tsp
    Salt = 1/2 tsp
    Baking Soda = 1 tsp
    If you need stimulants black coffee would be fine except it often makes people hungry.

    Walk at least 10k steps = about 5miles, about 1hr40min/day. Running is unnecessary.

    Basic multivitamin.

    Shower & wash face every day, especially after sweating. If you're already drinking enough water you don't need to worry about 'drying your skin out'

    If you are fat you can drastically alter your appearance in one month if you have enough willpower to fast, eat salads, take vitamins and cardiomaxx.

    Can't help if you are skinny. You cannot build a visible amount of muscle in one month.
