I think if it means fried and highly processed foods it’s unironically true. Otherwise it’s moronic. Fat helps keep you satiated and is essential for testosterone production. Look at what’s happened since fat was demonized. Keto is still fricking stupid though

a fat molecule doesnt enter the digestive tract fully in tact, stays in tact, and then is put into "storage" like a carton of milk into a fridge.

Because humans have something called a "digestive tract", which breaks down fat molecules to be able to absorb them. Also, then there is the ability for our body to actually metabolize the fats as energy.

Well, you see, Moxyte has critically low saturated fat intake, which has tanked his androgens. Couple this with his vegan diet devoid of B12 making him brain damaged and it's plain to see why everyone calls him "ketoschizo" when he whines about keto out of nowhere.

What he said is half true. The fat you eat _IS_ the fat you store. Despite what Vore fetishists and ketolards say, sugar barely converts to fat. Fat is much more easily stored as fat. However, fat isn't easily burned for energy so eating fat alone won't add much fat.

The truer statement is that in our modern ultra processed diet, we have excess calories and excess fat. The carbs provide the energy and when there is excess, it takes your dietary fat and makes it body fat. Think of it this way: half the calories in half the calories in doritos are from fat.

This is something skinny chicks used to talk about in the 90s. Somehow this knowledge got lost during the meme diet years.

sugar is fattening but starch is not. fructose is evil and turns into fat (saturated so not too bad) among other bad things it does. something diastrous happened in 90s... all that cardboard near zero fat food was a good thing. "healthy" fats be damned. they told people what they wanted to hear so they indulged. nuts and oils being healthy my ass.

McDougall is definitely more nuts than Greger, especially in his old age where he has no filter anymore. He also repeatedly says things that are blatantly untrue, like pushing this idea that Asians eat 99% white rice with some vegetables and maybe some kind of animal product once a year.

I was watching alone on history channel and what people usually have problem with is wild animals are low on fat, eating protein alone makes u tired and sleepy because it take alot of energy to make use of meat as source of energy, but when they get fatty animal they look happy and energetic. These guyw spend a winter in alaska with lil to no carbs mostly barries, so to answer ur question ur body could make use or either carbs or fats to sustain body functions and daily tasks, and either of them in excess will cause ur body to fill ur fat existing fat cells of even make new ones to store nutrients and energy

Nothing. It's true. I recomend pork fat to give you pig like resistance to bacteria. Storing plant fat is good too though because it makes your skin develop a rind which works like calluses plus it allows you to photosynthesize when you can't afford to eat. If you can get your hands on it whale blubber is wild. Store some of that on your belly and you'll be too buoyant to drown plus insulated enough to endure extremely cold water.

Nothing, it's true. Look at protein as a supporting example. Vegans age at Lightspeed because they don't consume any collagen, gelatin, milk etc.
Technically the body dissambles it all during digestion, but when certain building blocks are abundant or scarce, well the body is only going to partially compensate for that, it follows the path of least resistance like everything else in the universe
