                Why not? Do you think I'm maxing out everyday like some kind of powershitter? I'm streamlined and athletic, take everything over 8 reps and multiple sets to failure for each movement.
                I did specify I switch it up as well. Most of the time I only train legs once a week or once every two weeks because I absolutely smash them in a two hour workout and I don't want them to get oversized as they're a natural strong point. Most of the time it's more like a modified Arnold/PPL split, Back/Chest, Arms/Delts, Push, Pull, Arms, Repeat.
