          Fat regulates hormones and having not enough of that can fuck your hormones including test.
          For some people this threshold is higher than for others, but i don't know how much you should weight at 170cm.

    Read the sticky, Hit the gym and start lifting. Buy food scales and get an app to measure your food macros. Get 30mins of sunlight every day. Quit weed and alcohol, or at least reduce it with the goal of eventually quitting. Noporn, if possible nofap to check what happens to your morning wood.
    Do all of this and you'll see improvements by fall. I'm afraid it's too late for noticeable summer gains, but there's always next year.

            I didn't start smoking to be cool. I was curious what it felt like when I was 11 and found a half cig on the ground, lit it up and fell in love instantly. I loved how it made my lungs feel, and the taste. I still love both of those things. And that's why smoking is fucking shit and should be illegal.
