Been lifting 3 years, currently bulking to 220lbs (Im at 211). My routine was mostly PPL but I changed it to a bro split with some modifications. I'm 6.1. I'm not content with my physique at the moment but Im nowhere near my goal yet

Do a targeted Strongman program, like Cube for Strongman. You will get this build with lots of picking shit up off the ground AND
      >pressing it overhead
      >anterior loaded carries
Hercules was also known for his giant club, look into mace or clubbell work. Mark Wildman has good programs on that

that is his thicc oblique from lots of loaded carries and rotational work (ie swinging his bigass club), but the muscles above it are covering the top half. Those are his serratus (from swinging shit and pushing shit overhead)

Just do a normal ass program if muscle size/physique is your thing. If you're a beginner do a beginner program like starting strength. If you're intermediate or something switch over to a more bodybuilding esque program.

The only thing I notice with hercules that is different from most is he has massive has forearms, massive ass obliques, and it also looks like he has massive ass calves. Not to mention the thick ass neck with big ass back to match. He's also got a pretty low bodyfat percent. So research steroids and eventually you'll have a big bod and tiny pp like hercules. thumbs up

    >Farnese Hercules' physique
never do chest obviously, don't even think of static holding ur palms in front of u and pushing them hard together - u can't do that
u can however be fat, real fat

it's fantasy, made up, imagination, what some sculptor thought bodies look like when very muscula, it is all wrong, and ai wrong 6 fangers, just bunch of bullshit where the model was fat oblique and above serratus - bullshit
that 3segment cressent below it ? bulsshit and so it goes everywhere

it's wrong ok, u will not look like action figure

not quite true, there's that one dude from the 30's who managed to replicate the greek measurements. just replace all major bench press type movements with OHP
