as stupid and worthless as this is it doesn't even have internal consistency
the rabbit does more pushups than the lion or bear but has zero chest
it's also sickening to look at whoever made it should kill himself

Even with optimal programs I wouldn't be able to achieve any of them. Best I can ever do is looking like a disgusting brick.

Related, cuz that image seems to be advocating 3 days of exercise per week if I am reading it correctly:
I am doing Push, Pull, Legs. I do about an hour a day three times a week. The guide on IST said that once a week for Push Pull Legs is better than twice. I am doing it like this, because work has been killing me lately so I have been slacking on my exercise.

Is an hour (5 sets of 2 exercises per muscle groups, with 3 muscle groups trained per day) of exercise really enough to reach IST status? I've been struggling on my weight loss lately and I need some advice.

PPL was originally made for three days, since then it's evolved to be more popular for 6 days so you'll work each body part twice a week.

Depending on your goals whether that be strength or aesthetics, there are better workout plans for 3 days, in my opinion you should look at full body workouts done 3x a week.

I'd say it depends more on how fit a person is. I started working out with my gf 3 months ago after a 4 year decline into fat frick territory for both of us. We're each considered noob fitness level now and my old 2 hour full body routine full of compounds wasn't getting results for either of us like I knew it should.
It took me 2 months to realize most of the stabilizing or secondarily worked muscles were fatigued before the main ones were getting worked no matter how I shuffled things around, so I spliced a 6 day PPL program I found off Google into a basic 3 day one. I added 1-3 more exercises per day to cover the muscle groups I felt weren't hit enough after the first week.
That PPL routine has successfully kicked our asses every single workout in just over an hour. It feels like switching from machines to free weights all over again. At some point we'll revisit my old full body routine, but for now we'll be sticking to PPL until we hit a plateau.

yes. i limit workouts to be between 45-75 minutes long. anything past the 75 minute mark is only detrimental because your body increases cortisol levels and inflammatory agents whilst decreasing testosterone release

It has to be exactly 33 seconds. If you do it for 32 or 34 seconds, sorry you are not gonna make it. Better be a fricking turtle.
