bloat bros...we CANT stop winning. i eat one chocolate per day and im still loosing fat. Maybe its because i started ostarine again but it didnt work last time. increasing meat and vegetable consumption while limiting all bread to a "wrap" did it.

                heres the trick - even working out my metabolism was still damaged and slow. so i needed to cheat.

                Oats are difficult to digest but if you cook them for long enough (or let rest overnight) you shouldn't feel bloated

                and you can see that soaking oats over night becomes a fricking joke. oats not only made me sleepy after eating them. they bloated me as frick.
                chicken wraps dont make me sleepy and im no longer bloated.

                but my metabolism is slow and fricked up that i burn only -10% fat.
                now 3 days a week i eat a little over my cico so i store fat
                at a +40% rate.

    If you have any discipline you'll just do multiday fasts and you'll actually lose the weight and keep it off. You're bound to just plateau doing this shit.
