            you could just eat something else light like a bagel before your workout if the rest of your day covers your protein and calories. If you want to continue eating your sludge there's nothing wrong with it but it's not necessary.

    over the last 2 years of crafting my "diet of champions" I realized that the more atrocious it looked, typically the better it was in macros and micros . My favorite meal (oats, yogurt, ProPowd, Nuts/Coconut) literally just looks like shit with chunks of corn in it. But it is my favorite meal of the day, my least favorite meals tend to be the opposite, perfectly crafted veggie/egg combos. The more I minmaxx, the less I give a single fuck about presentation. The taste is somehow better when it combines. It must be the mental autism knowing my Oatbowl is the exact macro/micro breakdown I need in a meal. (20gF,50gC,50gP) but the veggieEgg needed to be extradized with some added shit to reach the perfect requirements (18,44,54) I may have autism, it doesnt taste as good becasue I know its not perfect.

    Even when I started baking with protein powder, my perfect cupcakes and shit never tasted good, but the ones that were just clumps of halfcooked dough would make me cum just etaing them.

    embrace grugmode bros. Also remember that eating with your hands makes food taste better, and you eat it slower and more minefully. YOU WILL LOOK LIKE A RETARD THOUGH SO DO IT PRIVATELY

        I cook the oats, add everything after cooked (besides the yogurt) then mix it, then let cool, then add yogurt and refrigerate it overnight, I then break it up in the morning and it's kind of chippy/sludgy. It's pretty fucking good. I typically eat it with a very very small fork/spoon, or like I said break it up and hand it.

    Add chopped apple and use greek yoghurt

    Was my favourite meal during the summer, fresh as fuck breakfast that tasted delicious. It was only good with my own apples from the garden, idk which sort they are but were sour and sweet. Ate two big portions a day so I'm kinda sick of it now tho
