        Try doing cable pullovers instead.
        Keep your shoulder blades down and back.
        Try to focus on using your pecs more than your lats.
        I’ll usually do a set of flys first so my pecs are activated and immediately do some cable pullovers to continue the chest pump.

    i've heard pullovers been referred as the "upper body squat". personally i could never feel the movement properly so i stick with pendlay rows, benching, weighted dips, and weighted pullups.
