        If you adjust daily calories and dont pay attention to glycogen storage vs usage your daily intake will easily be 500 calories lower to lose weight and youll lose more muscle on said cut. Same with eating after training rather than before during bulking youre losing gains.

        I didnt gain any weight eating ~1500 and drinking ~1000 calories of liquor and soda eating before almost exclusively and most people my weight eat like 2800 to maintain.

            I mean that was my pwo. Someti,es i didmt wanna stop at wendys before i went to the gym so i would drink more beer and make it 1500 in alcohol and like 1000 in food preworkout. But i would usually have like 1000-1500 in other food also.

            So like 2800-3k rest days but 4k lifting days. Whereas i could gain weight lifting less intensely without a massive pwo stack at like 3500.

    this unironically. the diet I do is going to be more likely to get me towards weight/composition goals than the diet you do. that may help or hurt you, but your eating doesn't effect my body or goals, only the diet I do can do that

    CICO =/= IIFYM

    Calorie counting is not exact, it's always an estimate.

    Ignoring calories does not erase their existence. You are participating in "CICO" at all times whether you like it or not.

    Not all food is metabolized the same

    Your body has various metabolic conditions that effect your TDEE, but a stable daily routine heavily mitigates this
