            You are literally just wrong, people who do squats and deadlifts have on average less injuries than those who don't. Not only that, trying to keep your spine completely straight during any of these lifts will increase your chances of injury.

                SS/SL is still the best for beginners by nature of its' simplicity, and getting people interested in weight training. You either do the program for a while and move on to a split because you did your own research, or you get filtered because you were expecting to look like Arnold by doing a full body routine and you're too retarded or lazy to figure out what to do after those beginner programs.
