Every study that claimed safety or no effects has a maximum of between 75mg and 100mg of isoflavones per day because they base it off of okinawans who eat soi sauce and natto. One scoop of soi protein and you're over the limit. If you're eating a 200g serving of tempeh per day you're over the limit. If you eat a standard serving of 250mg of tofu, you're over the limit. If you're a vegan soifag trying to replace 75% of your meals with soi, gyno is practically guaranteed.

All that fiber will block your stomach and you'll start running a fever until you almost pass out at work and end up going to the hospital for an emergency enema. Trust me.
      And you won't even get bigger. You'll realize that they're mostly water and fiber and there's more actual protein in a happy meal than all the beans you can eat in a day.

    Don't. I never had gyno before and it started 3 months after I ate 1 cup of beans every morning with 2 eggs (been eating eggs my whole life without issues). Then after I stopped eating beans I noticed gyno stopped. Now I cut and lost the gyno (because retards here don't realize you just need some hard cut to lose it).

    Legumes and pulses need a grain to form a complete protein.
    A mixture of beans and lentils over brown rice will get you everything you technically need and is criminally cheap. Especially if you buy dry instead of canned, it's like a 3x less expensive.

    Obviously I'd recommend adding eggs, meat, or fish to your diet, but a pound of each beans, lentils, and rice will feed you all week for under $4.

    I made lentil soup last night

    Cut up a small onion and bulb of garlic. Dumped it in some olive oil to saute for about five to ten minutes

    After that i dumped into some water, lentils, carrots and barley. Along with some of that better than bullion beef flavor. Let that heat up.

    Then i added some bacon. Not alot but a good ammount. Then let it cook for another like twenty minutes. Then when it was done. I added a small amount of tomato paste, worchestshire sauce and a small amount of steak sauce. Let it cook for five more minutes to mix up. That was dinner bros
