Cheat day literally means having a dedicated day to loosen you caloric restrictions to achieve some surplus so your body won't drop its basal metabolism due to feeling constantly starving. As long as you meet your macros and micros and keep up the weekly caloric rate, you will be fine.
Pretty much 1, and that's only as long as you're eating under TDEE the rest of the week.
I did a cyclical keto diet a while back and dropped from 230 to 200 over about 1.5 years while having a Friday night "anything goes" period, where I'd get about 3-4000 cal. of shit food and candy and gorge on it at the end of the night. Still lost weight slowly and somehow gained a bit of strength at the same time, which was interesting.
But I fricking hate keto shit now, it's miserable, so no more of that for me as I work back down from my current 245 to 220 in the coming year.
