    Unrelated to diet, but I don’t really believe the effectiveness of ice baths. I did cold showers for a whole year and by the end I felt the same as the beginning. I didn’t feel any more focused, or driven, or happy. I immensely respect anyone who can do ice baths, but the benefits sound like bullshit to me. It sounds ineffective and unnecessary.

        I think homegrown vegetables or direct farm sourced are fine so long as you know how they're maintained, but when I eat bulksale crap I become legitimately ill, to the point where I sleep an extra 3 or 4 hours and wake up less rested, and my shits do not hold together.
        Instead I do microgreens and/or the occasional sweet potato mash for my veggie intake because for the greens I can throw it in a blender and grow it indoors without worrying about pests
        I feel much better not eating vegetables at all than walmart/safeway/costco/mexicomart
        I'm super sensitive to shit in general though
        even australian tapwater and most store brand oils makes me nauseous so I basically make bone broth and skim the tallow to use in my cooking and only drink bottled water because it somehow tastes different

            unfortunate anon, I would guess that means you can't break stuff down very well?
            if you have no teeth then yogurt is probably good,
            if you want to be "healthy" plain greek is usually good in bulk and cheap enough, plus you can smother it in honey and it tastes half decent
            if you're worried about fiber intake it's pretty easy to grow broccoli sprouts and mustard sprouts(they take under a week to grow), both are real good for your liver and digestion
            I'm not sure how easy it is for you to take in meat though?
            if it were me I think fish could be an easier bet
