I can squat more than you, that's the point. Also it helps me build the strength needed to pick up fat b***hes.

my neighbor told me that once i squat 226lbs that he'll stop making such a ruckus at night. it has been months of scratching on the shared wall as i'm trying to go to sleep. i beg and plead for him to stop but he continues on and on, taking breaks from time to time only to tease me. i bought ear plugs but he just scratches louder when i put them in. i've been able to catch up on some sleep during the daytime but my work is suffering because of it and i've been written up by my head project manager for being chronically late on assignments. my neighbor told me the conditions that need to be met for him to stop weeks ago but i can't make any fricking progress on my squat when i'm this fricking tired. now i have your stupid ass telling me not to get to my goal and i know who the frick you are you stupid b***h. the next time i see you post on my baord i'm going to find you i swear to god.

There is 'no point' to anything really. Maybe you meant you don't need to lift very heavy to make gains, and that is correct.

But if your battle buddy is +300 with his rifle plus gear and equipment and you need to get him out of whatever situation you're in, how are you going to be comfortable doing that when you haven't trained with more than 225lbs? Add in sand, wet sand, mud, thick foliage, tangling underbrush whatever to that situation, not to mention your own gear, and you'd be in a pretty bad spot!

to exfil 300lbs of man and gear you would need to be able to comfortably squat and pull 500+ and, even then, it'll be hard. dead weight is heavy weight.

This. Unless you're a football player or wrestler you're just adding junk muscle and inflicting systemic fatigue on yourself for no reason.

I want to hit 315lbs for 6 reps. After I reach that, I'll probably just hit a few sets of 225lbs for like sets of 10 to maintain strength.

I prefer larger women and have the capacity to manhandle them like skeletons because of my lmao4pl8 squat

It's like you don't understand that raw power can heighten your sexual experiences
