The solution is rather simple; Do a bodybuilding routine with a caloric deficit so that you lose weight slow enough so that you don't get saggy skin/tits and build some decent amount of muscle for when you reach your desired weight. It's not hard at all.
            If you want aesthetics, never do copeshitting, you'll get frustrated while your strength goes up but your aesthetics stagnate for decades.
            Powerlifting is made to increase your mind/muscle connections, not your mass.
            Remember, caloric deficit, HIGH VOLUME bodybuilding routines, dumbbells primarily.
