      Dumb post. An average human liver stores about 100 grams of carbs in the form of glycogen, and the entirety of the human skeletal muscle stores 500 grams. Skeletal muscle is about 35% the weight of a human body, so on a 160lb animal we might have ~50lbs of muscle and a 4lb liver.
      Nobody eats 4lbs of liver, so we can assume a person has ~8oz of liver. 12.5 grams of carbs from liver then.
      They may also eat a lot of meat, maybe 3lbs. 10 grams of carbs per pound means 30 grams of carbs.
      40 grams of carbs about, which would still leave them in ketosis assuming they exerted themselves a lot to get their kill.

                No it decays into lactic acid quickly post mortem. Even the freezing temps of the Arctic aren't cold enough. You would need to put it on liquid nitrogen to preserve much of the glycogen

      Humans have always eaten and valued carbs. Even bears which have far more carnivorous traits then us will gorge on berries and honey given the opportunity. Carnivore cultists are oblivious to this and don't realise that's why paleoithic humans prized the liver of animals and would eat it immediately still warm from the kill.

        Yes, eating fruit, honey, berries to build body fat for that is advantageous to bears.
        Heres the rub though, you aren't a bear, you don't hybernate the winter with no food, you have ample food through out the year and don't need to induce obesity with carbs.
