    1/2/3/4 for reps is strong in the average commercial gym.
    2/3/4/5 for reps is decently strong in any gym.
    3/4/5/6 is elite level depending on weight class, but at this point the squat and deadlift will be much higher compared to bench and OHP. If you can OHP 315 and bench 405, a 5 plate squat and 6 plate deadlift is shit and you are going to be out totaled by 3 plate benchers pulling sumo.
    A 4 plate overhead strict press and above is ridiculous and is usually only found amongst permabulked strongmen on full blast.

          Start with a solid base of isometric holds as your first target to build up to reps as this builds grit and endurance for your first time, then the reps become easier and then you just add more reps while keeping a steady pace to your work.

      It's definitely possible for most men given enough time and strength training.

      Although the catch is you can't be lean and hit 2/3/4/5 natty unless you have very gifted genetics or you're 6'2+ and have a big ass frame.
