    these were hard to use two handed when I first started, now they're easy as frick with my non-dominant hand.

    i literally have a 7 inch diameter hand. i have yet to meet a woman with a hand smaller than mine. i could still use these my first day in the gym.

      What if you don't keep the bar entirely parallel, the weights start to shift, you over adjust to compensate, the weights just slip off more, you drop the weights, the bar, your spaghetti, and your gym crush laughs at you?! No thanks. I think I'll just use the clips.

      I have those for my dumbbels and they blow. The metal pointy part is fricked up and always sticks out so I stab myself when rolling back to do dumbbell bench.

    How old were you when you grew out of using clips?
    Literally just lift correctly. The bar is supposed to be straight.
