                tdee is a variable and is aproximate depends on height weight age physical activity etc.
                food intake is variable, proteins have a lower real caloric value carbs from fruit and veg are slow release as opposed to refined sugar and more food =/= more calories
                when you get down to brass tax anything that works for weightloss is effectively CICO
                you can't eat more calories and have them dissappear they are going somewhere, either burned, stored as fat or pissed out if diabetic
                it is literally impossible to eat above your tdee and lose weight
