If you’re up for an initial investment for a meat grinder I can redpill you on the tastiest and still healthy sausages out there >chuck >meat grinder >any spice you like >sausage casing (because they’re more juicy and tasty if they don’t go dry)

These are luxury foods, I eat way cleaner and enjoy it, your taste buds are out of whack. Cut the processed shit out and natural food (i.e. whole milk) will taste delicious.

It's too much volume for the amount of calories you get. 500g of cooked potatoes come up to about 500kcal + it's a really huge portion. Cooked rice comes out to 700-750kcal and is much easier to eat. Also potatoes digest slower in comparison so not something you should eat during the day.
