How chicken and eggs do you eat per day to get 200g/day ,I mean like in breakfast, lunch and dinner

            Anonymous

6 eggs per meal = 36g of protein
1 serving(112g) of skinless, boneless, raw chicken breast ~ 23g of protein
sausage made from pork and beef = 14g of protein.
I workout before work which is when i eat my carbs.
1 serving Steel cut oats = 5g of protein
            1 serving (114g) of cottage cheese = 11g protein
1 serving (140g) of mixed berries (blue, black, & rasp) = <1g of protein
1 cup (244ml) of whole milk = 8g of protein
            6 eggs = 36g of protein
When i'm bulking i'll add cashew butter to my oatmeal for an extra 6g of protein. I'll also replace the chicken with more sausages or lamb (really fatty and high in calories).
I change my meals every now and again; this is what i'm doing now.

You can pick a high protein topping like tuna, chicken or other kinds of meat. Using a cheese high in protein also helps. Making Pizza yourself is not only cheaper but will give you the option to use less salt

Getting protein is your primary challenge. Pan frying 4 hot italian sausage with peppers and onion will get you 72g for about ~1k calories.

A half pound of lean ground beef has 63g protein, make a burger out of it with an egg and you get another 70g.

Now be a man and stomach 1-2 scoops of protein powder / 200g greek/icelandic yogurt / 2-3 large glasses of milk.

These are luxury foods, I eat way cleaner and enjoy it, your taste buds are out of whack. Cut the processed shit out and natural food (i.e. whole milk) will taste delicious.

        Anonymous

Take ground beef and egg, mix together, form it into a patty (you can put a bit of olive oil on your hands so it doesn’t stick). Place patty in a pan, cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Wala.
Also you can season it with whatever you like be it paprika, thyme/rosemary/oregano, garlic powder. It’s not that hard anon.

    >Whey
Not exactly budget. A big tub/bag costs anywhere between 36-60€ nowadays. You're better off buying milk.
    >rice
    Yes.
    >Full Fat Milk
The best bulking food in existence if you can digest it (if not get fricked lmao)
    >Mixed Nuts
Not feasible to consume in large quantities. Rather as a snack.
    >Mixed Beans
High fodmap (even with all the extra shit people do) and it basically just gases you up
    >Whole eggs
    Yes.
    >Tuna
Too lean for a bulk. Maybe if you make tuna salad it's feasible or buy the ones in oil. Otherwise you're wasting your time. Great for cutting tho.
    >dark chocolate
Junk food. Consume it as a luxury or maybe a topping on your greek yogurt but nothing else. You want quality foods not processed junk.
    >potatoes
Stupidest bulk food and everyone who eats potatoes on a bulk who isn't a huge fatass already isn't gonna reap benefits. It's too much volume for the amount of calories you get. 500g of cooked potatoes come up to about 500kcal + it's a really huge portion. Cooked rice comes out to 700-750kcal and is much easier to eat. Also potatoes digest slower in comparison so not something you should eat during the day.

Quark, liquid if you like me hate the texture of the yoghurt version. The liquid version basically has the texture of milk so you can put in a scoop of protein. They’ll be near 50g of protein a pop then. For me they cost $1.2 so maybe 1.5 bucks with a scoop.

fricking moronic image there is no such thing as "bulking" or "cutting". If your maintenance is 2500kcal and that's what you normally eat.

If you now eat exactly what you normally eat BUT!!! BUT you now add TWO reese's pieces for 220 calories, you are now officially bulking at a reasonable surplus. You literally eat the exact same normal food that you would normally, but before you go to bed you have a peanut butter cup and that is how you bulk. It's so fricking easy, it's not rocket sciencce and you don't need to engineer your life to the fullest.

And if you want to cut, you eat the same exact things you would for 2500kcal (maintenance) but now you skip the breakfast. Don't eat that bowl of cereal. Wow you are now on a -500cal deficit literally eating everything same EXCEPT that one bowl of cereal. Damn man cutting is so hard. It's almost like you don't need to eat only broccoli and boiled chicken.

Fatass here, when I finally bulk I will gladly eat pasta instead of forcing myself to shovel down high fiber foods long after I feel feel. Seems silly to eat optimal nutrition on a bulking diet when its so easy to gain weight if you dont.
