        70 is still fat. I weighed 68 kg @ 183cm as a D1 college athlete pre-lifting

How do I get ripplebreasts mantra out of my head?

realize rip is fat, all his proteges are chubby and mediocre lifters, and that no one under rip is a good powerlifter either

Cool, thanks, I'm 187cm 81kg atm and I still feel too fat. Everything I like doing, hiking, rucking, running, pullups etc. gets better with a higher strength : weight ratio. I also looked my best when I was 77kg last year. I should probably just take a break from IST for a while, it's fun here, but nonsense can creep into your head.

tfw cutting like mad (low carb) and moving at least 15k steps daily, elimated all sugar from diet and deprive myself from all the fun like booze and sweet

      and yet

      they just won't go away

some people are just genetically doomed

I basically gave up trying to get rid of them and just keep a my weight on a certain level and start cutting once i gain weight again

Kek. Imagine fighting against evolution itself. Imagine fighting against your taste receptors, your brain, every cell in your body, for some meme diet that never works. Just eat sugar.

That picture is the most moronic thing I've ever seen. How do you quantify addictiveness? How do you know sugar is exactly 8x as addictive lmao

Turns out people will believe anything if someone has Dr in their name.

I can relate, the one time I had abs was after a bout of food poisoning, where I dropped 8kg in a week(ended up at 60kg @ 184cm), and even then I still have very minor love handles.

Hip thrusts and ab work before cardio will make them melt away

    Vasodilators might also help

OK, this data is very inconclusive I'll give you that in advance. I hadn't watched the video in a fairly long time

I know your pain bro. If I cut anymore I will cease to exist, im not on a super hard cut but I definitely notice my lack of energy eithought the extra calories. I hope I get to my goal body, I forget how long this stuff takes

Well, shit... same height at 90kg. If these frickers still exist at 75kg, i just don't bother cutting anymore and just focus on getting big and muscular.

i just found out i have a very thin waist, so that might contribute to my love handles still being there. Still, ive got definition in my chest, i can see my forearm veins and biceps veins, my face is very lean, but i can only barely see my abs.

180cm/60kg. Can count every single of my ribs and poke the bottom of my chest sternum. They are still there, literally the only place on my body where i can feel any fat at all.

frick me. How the hell do you have energy at 60kg

        Anonymous

Idk man I have decent metabolism so as long as I eat something for breakfast and dinner I'm fine, but if I try skipping I instantly get headaches. My family started wondering if I have some sort of anorexia so at this point I'm just trying to get more muscle mass while keeping current body weight, hopefully that will get rid of the fat eventually.

seriously fat disappears from everywhere else first feel like I need to be 5% bf before they'll be gone

it will always be there, but if you build up your abs and obliques hard it appears as if it is not. train everywhere, the more muscle, the higher your resting caloric intake, the easier they will be to lose.
