15 kgs in one month? Damn, pretty much eat nothing i guess. On a more sustainable time frame just incorporate alot more meat into your diet.
You can't lose 15kg in a month unless you spend the entire time doing intense cardio
1kg of fat = 7700kcal. You need to be 7700kcal in deficit to lose 1 kg. If your TDEE is an even 3000kcal you can lose 30*3000/7700~11kg in a month, assuming you eat literally nothing.
But you won't keep a 3000kcal TDEE when you fast, your body will get you to slow down.
Took me 3 months to lose 8kg/18lbs on 1500kcals and fasted cardio 4 times a week when getting to 12% bodyfat.
piss off newbie
What if you devided 1500 by 3. Would you have done it in 1 month?
Just eat less
>I need to lose 15kg in a month
Cut off one of your arms
94 kg at 6'3"?
i don't think you're skinnyfat, i think you're just a chubster.
I look like one of them pear shaped people that gets posted here. Not as bad but a month of binging away for sure. The thought makes me wake up crying in a cold sweat most nights.
How about 15kg in a year instead?
Don't eat for two weeks, die, your body gonna shed all the fluids, 2 weeks till funeral but your corpse will look sharp af.
I did 5kg a month and had to stop after 4 months because I felt like dying.
What did you do? I don't really care about the dying feeling.
OMAD, 30 mins cardio (running or boxing) and lifting 6 days a week plus working (trades job).
same here buddeh
CICO is the most important aspect of losing weight. How you achieve that has individual aspects to it. >1.6g/kg protein, eat fiber, try out meal timing, cut calorie dense processed foods. Increase protein intake and start with cutting fats then see how you feel. I'd start there before seeking any highly specific strategy.
I find low carb + IF works better for me when I'm cutting even if my training suffers it is much easier for me to adhere by; I could probably eat a deficit forever that way if I wanted to. Having muscle and having enough to eat to sustain some NEAT (that is, not being so lethargic that you can't do everyday activities) helps a lot.
my gf lost ~15 kg in 21 days.
she went from 80kg to 65.
she ate nothing. aka: fasted.
she only supplemented with salt and potassium (snake juice) in the first few days.
she did an hour long walk every day where she listened to podcasts about fasting. Actually it wasn't even a walk - it was a very light jog.
on day 19 of her fast we went hiking with friends. 4 hours hiking, 2 hours swimming. At the end of the day we all went to a restaurant to eat. she had sparkling water.
several things to keep in mind
> fasting is healthy for you
> when you fast your body DOES eat even if you dont put anything in your mouth. it eats your fat tissue.
> if you make it to day 5, you can go on fasting indefinitely (or until your fat runs out).
> you need to take care about how you "exit" from an extended fast. that's where the podcasts come in. learn about refeeding syndrome.
do it man!!
it'll fricking epic and heroic if you succeed. and don't let the amerifats and gains goblins stop you
>nooooo ur starving urself
>nooooo it's dangerous!!!!
they are just jealous of your resolve and they want to drag you down to their level
DO IT, homosexual !!!!!!!
I will do it anon. I will also learn how to make this snake juice. I'll see if I can do a week to start I remember I did 3 days before and didn't feel too bad I just had acid reflux which caused chest pain.
The answer is in the pic. Try meth or amphetamine.
