Alcohol and cigs make u weak and beta, the government wants weak sheep
Test makes u strong and alpha, not what any government wants

Alcohol does. Cigs actually increase T because nicotine inhibits estrogen. Hence the 180 on promoting cigarettes once the science realized cigs are actually masculine

Because of some baseball players who used steroids in the 80-90s
This led to congressional hearings where politicians were very upset that athletes could be using this stuff, which in itself led to basically making them all illegal in the United States
This had a domino effect on many countries where these substances had been de-criminalized now became illegal.
So say thank you to Jose Canseco and Barry Bonds i guess

To this day, I never understood why the government and normies in general cared so much that athletes were using steroids. Hell, steroids basically saved baseball after the '94 players strike nearly killed the league. Was it really just boomers and 'muh integrity of the game'? I don't feel like most people my age give a shit.

Boomers didn't even want to give their children anything once they turned 18 because of the "Pick yourself up by the bootstraps and become a self-made man" meme. No shortcuts bucko!

Isn’t there a push to decriminalize lots of drugs in the US? With the thought that regulated drugs are safer then criminal drugs. Will probably affect steroids aswell.

It won't. Steroids are extremely demonized by the media, while shit like weed and coke are considered cool.

Literally anything that can make men more energetic, aggressive and stronger gets banned. Substances that make men fat, indolent and submissive gets promoted and pushed. Really makes me think.

Seems a lot of the people behind it have names that contain "*berg" and "*stein" and "Cohen"
