I'm telling you no matter what you aren't in shape and no amount of labeling and adjusting and waffling around will make any difference in the long run. Go lift. Figure out a diet, I would personally go lift regularly for at least 3 months before you start dedicatedly cutting weight because you right now won't have any muscle mass and you'll just look relatively the same but less fat if you just cut. But no matter what you do, do something to start and stop waffling around.
