    You mean isolations?

Are you an idiot? It's HOW the glutes are being isolated. Do I have to explain everything to you morons?! Do other isolations make your muscles balloon to their max size in like 12 weeks? good luck getting massive arms doing a fricking dumbbell curl.

what the frick are you talking about?

Apply the principles being used in a hip thrust to your other isolation exercises. If you don't know the principles, just fricking ask! Don't act like you fricking know.

Okay, just for you, the rest of the buttholes need to ignore this post.
                First principle.
                1. the 90 degree principle.
Tension and force are highest at 90 degrees
                Second.
                2. Max Tension in the stretched position (Im allowing debate on this)
Now this exercise has constant glute tension in the 90 degrees principle at BOTH the eccentric AND concentric, but is that even possible with other body exercises? If so share them. But there are enough studies at this point that show optimal hypertrophy happens when the tension is greatest (90 degrees) when stretched. Another example. The baysian cable curl. BUT NOT WITH THE CABLE set at the ground, but directly behind the hand/wrist position.

So the only question really is, can you create or find exercises that do that, or even crazier, are there exercises like the hip thrust where the force is always at 90 degrees by having max tension at both positions of the movement.

heavy weight. They arent isolating glutes with hip thrist using 10kg dumbbell. Kinda like nobody built a big back isolating back with babyb weight. If you sont take steroids you want to move as heavy weight as possible to build vig musvles.

Who has bigger biceps, a guy that can curl 30kg dumbbells vs a guy that can curl 12kg dumbbells? Assuming same rom same speed same form and everythkng. The answer is pretty obvious.

                >The answer is pretty obvious.
Depends on the volume. Crazy volume can be done at lower weight for a single set

                >heavy weight
Friendly reminder that it's easy to cheat MULTIPLE HUNDREDS of pounds on the hip thrust if you use form that doesn't isolate your glutes and you won't have an ass to show for it. My 3rm before using proper technique was 6pl8 but now I'm currently using 155 for sets of 10-15 and doing deficit single leg variations with bodyweight and both burn my glutes far more than when I'd use 3-4pl8 for working sets.

OP is trying to tell you to perform isolations with short ROM and high weight near the top of the motion, rather than seeking a deep stretch.

It is a deep stretch moron. The bottom of the movement stretches your ass cheeks. They become rock hard at the base.

If a 45 degree angle is a deep stretch for your hips, your opinion is worthless to me.
