What's his routine?
>He works out 3 times a week. Each workout lasts 40-60 minutes, consisting of 100 - 150 pullups, 200 pushups, 150 - 200 dips. I forgot to mention, he does 100 pistol squats each session as well.
>He eats 5 bowls of rice and about 300gr of either pork, chicken, or fish in a day. No supplements.
>doing more than twice as many pushing movements as pull movements
I’d love to see his winged scapulas
nothing wrong with rounded shoulders, I've yet to see a normie point out Chris Evans' posture. this kind of thing is self-contained to IST, Misc and Reddit
Yeah there is something wrong with it if you’d like to be balanced and not at an unnecessary increased risk of injury that’s easy enough to avoid
we've been on this push to pull ratio debacle for a decade and dudes have been overdoing presses for more than half a century ... yeah it's not ideal but it's not also that big of a deal
(I've always done more pulling than pushing because my chest overpowers everything else in my body, but my friends who didn't care for this are doing okay after a little more than a decade ... shitty typing posture seems much more harmful than half-assing your vertical and horizontal pulls)
bbc spam x failure
He looks vertically challenged
he is asian
Man has been doing those exercises to get big for millennia. He looks good.
bullshit. thats just marketing horseshit
marketing for what?
This dude only does push ups, pull ups and squats every day. Seems to be working out fine for him.
These foundaments are good, but I worked out at home a lot and I came to the conclusion that finding a way to add 50kg to every excercise can possibly replace weights
Who's this dude
K boges on YouTube!
small traps though
What's up with nuIST being so scared of weights?
