                I think with YouTube being able to show 800lb squats and 600lb benchs all the time people seem to get confused on what strong actually is and that somehow hitting a high number means you can maintain it with little to no effort. The reality is he has the strength of a 1 in 500 person but not the strength of a 1 in 100000 like you see on the internet.

                His total is too small to qualify for a national level in an IPF affiliate meet which you should be able to do after fiveish years of competing. He's also an enhanced lifter, which undersells how bad his lifts are since notable benchmarks like 3/4/5 are basically the same as 2/3/4 for an enhanced lifter. He'd have to qualify for a USPA Nat meet too which requires a higher total since they are a mostly untested fed. Even as a natural for 20 years those would be pretty medicore lifts but as an enhanced lifter they are shit

              His lifts are really unimpressive, only one which is sort of okay is the deadlift. I'd hope to have better numbers than that after lifting 20 years, I know people with the same numbers who have been lifting a quarter of the time.

              For a guy who admittedly roids, does not work and has 100% of his day to train, and thinks carrying a watermelon home is cardio, his lifts are not good. On top of that he is not built for powerlifting at all. Maybe he is better suited for a different tyoe of athletic endeavor but a powerlifter isn't. It's like a black guy trying to be a pro swimmer.       It's too much shit, with too heavy exercise selection and it targets muscles you don't need. Squats, especially in lowbar like he wants you to, deadlift, OHP and bent rows at the end of that? Your low back is fried.

      Every workout is 4 different heavy lifts for your low back. You can tell it's one of those programs the author has never ran, like that 5/3/1 template where you do 10x5 deadlifts after your 5/3/1 sets of deadlifts.

    Looks like he used to be obese. Basically, if you’ve ever been severely overweight, you will never look good unless you roid to build unnatural amounts of muscle or get at least pec + abdomen plastic surgery. I’ve been lifting 5 years and have given up trying to look good because I was obese as a teenager. I just lift for strength now. I just look worse when I lean out because of the loose skin on my stomach and the scar from my appendectomy.

        I was 320 lbs max and started losing weight when I was 17. I was down to 200 by 19. But, I think things are really not that bad for me because I grew about 4 inches after i was 17, so the loose skin stretched a bit. I’m now 210 lbs, 6’0, 28 years old

      I got up to 120kg at 174cm with only 1 plate bench and then lost weight. Now I have these man blob things or loose skin on the chest and everywhere. Maybe partly because of aging as well, not sure. Either way, pretty depressing that I will never look like I used too. Frick depression and being autistic in this world.

    This guy always pissed me off, what a hypocrite! I always preferred watching Juji & Tom for all of my fitness “ments”. Juji and I really had this YouTube thing figured out until Juji had a sudden falling out with Tom. Then you guys dragged my good name through the ringer onto this guy’s level!
