Explain the mechanism of developing hyponatremia from drinking milk then

Anon I drink easily over a gallon every day. If you're actually active and don't just spam bullshit threads all day, maybe you'd use the water in your body.

I have drinked at most 6L of water a day while being completely inactive.

That's why you drink it with pickles and jerky. Speaking of which my sodium intake for today was 5200mg. I've already had 3 liters of water, plus soup, and working on liter number 4.

A girl was looking at herself in the mirror and I deluded myself into thinking that she was miring. It’s not over, because it never even began.

It's a bit much for someone on a cut yeah, though not hyponatremia levels.

That’s 9 litres. 54 glasses of water. That’s a glass of water every 18 minutes.

I’ve done a half Olympic triathlon, lifted weights and spent 45 minutes in a sauna all on the same day, and I didn’t drink that much water, whilst maintaining close to optimum hydration with regards to performance.

    >2 gallons? Too much!

      It's less than 7.5L

I live in a really hot and humid place and spend alot of time working outside, and on a hot day you sweat buckets. I've definitely drank a whole gallon before mid day. So yeah I feel like if I did that at mid day I could easily finish off another gallon just drinking a few big glasses that afternoon and night.

this. There is no reason why you should drink water when you arent thirsty, given that you dont drink soda or alchohol all day. Your body literally tells you when to drink water. I dont even fucking drink water when im on gomad. Milk hydrates you better anyway

I am a now reformed glugger. People in this thread should read up on the importance of sodium in the diet and how thirst works.

I just have to piss every couple of hours and I eat a ton of salt on food, no problems here tbh.

I drink over 2 gallons a day without trying. 3 if I'm really active.
Most I've drank in day was 5 gallons on 16 mile day hike.
One gallon in the car on the way to the trailhead.
Two gallons on the trail. (I carried 3L with me and got the rest from creeks etc using a filter bottle).
Another gallon on the drive home.
One last gallon while at home.
That was 40lbs of water that day lol.

I worked 12 hour shifts in a 115° factory and was drinking 4+ gallons of water/Gatorade a day
Would leave feeling exhausted, but also oddly refreshed after that much sweating
